How do I get the FREE shipping?
Easy! Shipping is free on all DigitalFrameGuy.com orders. The price you see is what you pay. Nothing more!

Where do you ship?
DigitalFrameGuy.com does not currently ship outside of the United States, and we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. If you live outside of this area, please contact us and let us know as we are always considering our expansion options.

How quickly will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days of its receipt. As soon as it is shipped, your tracking number will be available to you in the order tracking section of our website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is shipped it will take an average of 2 to 5 business days to arrive.

What freight companies do you use?
Our products are shipped via either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. Both of these carriers supply electronic tracking numbers.

Will my order come all in one package?
Occasionally, if you order multiple items on the same order, they will come in separate packages. This does not affect your free shipping.

We do not currently take back orders. If an item you're interested in is out of stock, please check back every few days or contact customer service for more information.
Carrier Loss, Damage/Pilferage
Claims for lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported to DigitalFrameGuy Customer Service within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date. If you have filed a claim, the claim number must be given to Customer Service when you report the damage/pilferage. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.
