| great picture frame, we hung it on the wall, comes with a nice brace to hang it with, frame works well with a timer, it will start the picture show automatically when the power comes on, no issues with it, my wife is very happy, clarity of frame is excellent, easy to use the menu also, fidelity electronics rep was very nice when i talked to him, paid 300 dollars for the 15 inch model, if you can get it cheaper great, good deal either way for alot of these frames won't work with a timer for the menu comes up when the power comes on, this one has the automatic picture show feature, plus you can see the picture frame from all angles, and my dealings with fidelity electronics have always been great, they stand by their product, if the store you bought a defective product from won't replace it then they will, fantastic experience. |

A website with no support section... in this day and age?
You have got to be kidding me! It's Christmas Eve and for some reason the frame won't let me add anything more to the frame even though there is 876MB of free space left on the frame. I can't copy, add directories or anything.
There is no support section on the Fidelity Electronics website, the manual is useless.. and the email address for the support person which I found in the company directory has an out of office until JANUARY 2nd!!! Awful!
This person is going to be responding to emails until March to get all of the support requests dealt with that will be waiting for him when he gets back! In this day and age I can't believe that this is the case.
No random image display (they only display in the order that they are loaded on the drive...) is a feature that is surely missing..
The images that I could get on the device display nicely.. that is why it is getting two stars...
Very unfortunate.
