When will my order ship?

We normally ship in-stock items within 4 business days of the order. An electronic tracking number will be issued at this time by email.

What shipping methods do you use? 

All orders are sent by UPS or Fedex.  

Can I expedite my order?  

At this time we are not able to expedite any orders. All orders are handled either by UPS or Fedex standard delivery.  

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. At this time we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.  

Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses? 

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These types of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use. UPS and Fedex do not ship to these types of addresses.

How do I use the tracking code? 

Fedex and UPS both have electronic tracking systems. You will need the tracking number from your order confirmation email. Copy that number and paste it into the field provided at the appropriate site.

Can I get a discount if I order multiple frames? 

Yes. If you order 10 or more frames you are eligible for a discount. Please contact Customer Service for details.

Can I pick up my order in person?

No. DigitalFrameGuy.com is a web-based business and does not operate a physical storefront. All orders will be shipped using the standard methods.  

Do your digital picture frames come with power adapters? 

Yes, all our digital picture frames come with the power adapters necessary for them to operate. In rare cases where this might not be the case, this will be stated clearly on the product page.
